Easter Sunday Joy!

What is it about Easter Sunday that makes children so excited? Could it be the Easter Bunny? chocolate egg hunt? or the fact that our Lord did a disappearance-and-appearance that even the magic of illusionist David Copperfield cannot perform?
Children have that joy of life, innocence, and hunger for knowledge that we adults have somehow lost as we grew older. Our Lord Jesus clearly knew that for he said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." (Matthew 19:14 NIV)
No matter how busy we may be, let us, as parents, remember to guide our little ones in the grounding principles and ways of the Lord today while they are still young and eager to learn.
